1. Contact

Please include your Android version, device model, TV model, and a short description of the issue. Use the subject "Novixa-Labs — Support — ATV Remote".

2. Pairing & Connection

• Phone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
• Enable remote / pairing services on the TV if prompted.
• If pairing fails, forget the TV in the app, reboot the TV, and scan again.
• Voice search needs microphone permission and only runs when you tap the mic button.

3. Ads & Remove Ads

• The free version may show ads (Google AdMob). If AdMob has no fill, Unity Ads may show as a fallback.
• Buy the one-time Remove Ads product to disable ads permanently.
• If ads return after reinstall, use Restore purchases with the same Google account.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play.

4. Analytics & crashes

The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve stability. This is anonymous usage and crash data, not your name or TV content. Uninstalling or clearing app data stops future reports from that device.

5. Data Deletion

To delete all ATV Remote data on your device:

• Android Settings → Apps → ATV Remote → Storage → Clear data, or
• Uninstall the app

This removes paired TVs and preferences stored on the phone. Google Play purchase records remain with Google and can restore Remove Ads after reinstall on the same account.
