4CUT: Photo Booth Strips

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application 4CUT: Photo Booth Strips (package: com.novixalabs.fourcut), published by Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About the App

4CUT is an on-device photo booth for Android. You can capture or import photos, arrange them in a strip, apply frames and stickers, and save or share the result. Photos stay on your device unless you export or share them.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to use this app. If you are under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where permitted by law
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written permission
• Use the app for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or any network
• Click ads fraudulently or attempt to bypass advertising or payment systems

4. Your Photos & Content

Photos you capture, import, edit, or share remain under your control on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and share. Do not capture, import, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or photos of people without the rights or permission required by law.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, frames, and software are owned by Novixa-Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Advertising

The free version of the app may display advertisements served through Google AdMob and, when AdMob has no fill, a Unity Ads interstitial fallback. Where required, consent is managed with Google UMP. Ad availability varies by region and device.

You agree that:

• Ads are part of the free experience unless you purchase Pro / Remove Ads
• Third-party ad networks are responsible for ad content under their policies and applicable law
• We may change ad placement, frequency, or partners to improve sustainability and user experience

7. In-App Purchases (Pro / Remove Ads)

We offer a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (Pro / Remove Ads, product ID fourcut_pro) through Google Play Billing.

When you purchase Pro / Remove Ads:

• Advertisements are disabled in the app on that Google account (subject to successful purchase verification)
• All premium frames are unlocked (no rewarded video required)
• The 4CUT watermark is removed from strip footers
• The purchase is tied to your Google Play account and may be restored after reinstall

Prices, taxes, and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. We do not process payments directly. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy.

8. Permissions

Camera and photo-library access are requested only for capture, import, and save/share. You may deny these permissions; related features will not work until they are granted.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the app, its advertising, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the app will work on every device or Android version, that ads will always fill, or that purchases will always restore instantly.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVIXA-LABS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE YOU SHARE TO FROM THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app or in-app products in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature if required by law, store policy, or operational needs.

13. Privacy

14. Third-Party Trademarks

4CUT is an independent product. Google Play and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentions do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Novixa-Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.
