4CUT: Photo Booth Strips

Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application 4CUT: Photo Booth Strips (package name: com.novixalabs.fourcut). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.

By installing or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Summary (Plain Language)

4CUT is an on-device photo booth. You capture four shots (or pick photos from your gallery), arrange them in a strip, add frames and stickers, then save or share the result.

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Photos and strips stay locally on your device unless you share them yourself.
• The free version may show ads (banner, interstitial after save/share, optional rewarded video). You can watch a video to unlock one premium frame for 24 hours, or buy a one-time Pro purchase to disable ads, unlock all frames, and remove the strip watermark.
• Where required, we show a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform / UMP) before personalized ads.

2. What the App Does

The app provides:

• Camera capture for a four-cut booth session
• Creating a strip from photos you choose in the gallery
• Frames, layouts, stickers, and text styles
• Saving PNG strips to your gallery and sharing via other apps
• Optional advertising (banner, interstitial, rewarded) and a one-time Pro purchase to remove ads, unlock frames, and remove the watermark

3. Information We Access

A. Information stored on your device (local only)

The app saves data on your phone using local storage, including:

• Photo strips, frames, stickers, and related files in app storage
• Shared preferences / settings (haptics, premium entitlement, review prompt state)

This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall. We do not operate a cloud account for your photos.

B. Camera and photos

4CUT requests camera permission when you take booth shots, and photos / gallery access when you import images or save a finished strip. Photos are processed on your device. We do not upload your photos to Novixa-Labs servers.

C. Network access

The app may use the internet to:

• Load and display advertisements (Google AdMob; Unity Ads only as a no-fill fallback)
• Process in-app purchases through Google Play
• Show consent / privacy messaging (UMP) where required
• Send anonymous analytics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics)
• Open the Play Store listing or our website when you choose those actions

D. Advertising ID (AD_ID)

When ads are enabled and you have not purchased Pro / Remove Ads, the app may use the Android Advertising ID (GAID) as permitted by Google Play, together with Google AdMob and related partners, to deliver and measure ads.

4. Advertising, Consent & Advertising ID

If you have not purchased Pro / Remove Ads, the app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. If AdMob has no fill, a Unity Ads interstitial may be shown as a client-side fallback after the same consent decision. Google, Unity, and their authorized advertising partners may process ad data according to their policies and your consent choices.

These services may collect or receive:

• Advertising ID and device identifiers permitted by Google Play
• IP address, device type, OS version, and ad interaction data
• Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS from us)

Where required by law or Google policy (for example EEA/UK), the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can manage consent for personalized ads and related vendors.

You can also limit ad personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads, or purchase Pro / Remove Ads to stop ad display in the app.

5. In-App Purchases (Pro / Remove Ads)

We offer a one-time in-app product (Pro / Remove Ads, product ID fourcut_pro) processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment; we do not store your credit card or bank details.

Google may share with us:

• Purchase confirmation and product ID (to unlock ads-off, all frames, and watermark-free mode on your device)
• Anonymous transaction tokens required to restore purchases

Purchase history is managed by Google Play. Use restore purchases in the app if you reinstall on the same Google account.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

4CUT uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for anonymous app events and crash stacks so we can improve stability. These services do not receive your photos. Google Play and AdMob may also provide aggregated technical, purchase, and advertising reports.

7. Sharing

When you choose Save or Share, the strip PNG is written to your gallery or handed to another app you select (for example Instagram or WhatsApp). Those destinations are outside our control.

8. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or require:

• Name, email, or phone number for an account (unless you email us for support voluntarily)
• Precise location (GPS)
• Contact list, SMS, call logs, or calendar

We do not operate user accounts, social login, or cloud sync for photos in this app.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local strips, photos, and preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Because there is no account, there is no separate "delete my account" page or online account wipe.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request.
• Ad and billing providers retain data according to their own policies and your device settings.

To remove all app data from your device: Android Settings → Apps → 4CUT → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

11. Security

Most app data is stored on your device. We take reasonable steps to protect the app and any configured SDKs, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Purchase Pro to disable advertising, unlock all frames, and remove the watermark
• Use the UMP consent form (where shown) and Android ad settings to manage personalization
• Deny camera or gallery permission (some features will not work)
• Clear app data or uninstall at any time
• Contact us to ask questions about this policy

13. International Users

The app is offered globally. Data processed on your device is controlled by you on your device. Ad and payment providers may process data in various countries according to their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
