12 Beads - Offline Board Game
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application 12 Beads - Offline Board Game (package: com.novixalabs.beads12), published by Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Bead 12 is a digital version of the traditional 12-bead board game, known in different regions as 12 Tehni, 12 Guti, 12 Gutta, and similar names. You can play against the CPU or another player on the same device.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to use this app. If you are under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

The app implements traditional board-game rules. You are responsible for playing fairly in hotseat mode. AI difficulty and optional capture rules are provided for entertainment; we do not guarantee any particular outcome or ranking.
The app, its design, branding, artwork, sounds, and software are owned by Novixa-Labs or its licensors. The traditional game rules are in the public domain; our digital implementation and assets are protected.
The free version may show ads (banner and native on menus / How to Play; interstitial after a completed match when you continue; rewarded videos only if you tap Watch ad). Unity Ads may be used if AdMob has no fill. Lives: you start with 5 for vs CPU. A win does not spend an extra life; a loss or draw spends one life. At 0 lives you may watch a rewarded ad for 1 life, wait 30 minutes for 1 life (or 150 minutes for 5 lives), or purchase 12 Beads Pro (product ID beads12_pro) — a one-time Google Play purchase that removes ads, grants unlimited lives, and unlocks Vs Player. Vs Player may also be unlocked for the current app session by watching a rewarded ad.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVIXA-LABS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature if required by law, store policy, or operational needs.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://novixa-labs.vercel.app/bead-12/privacy.html and from About in the app (opens in your browser).
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Novixa-Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.
