Orchard Pop: Fruit Merge
Novixa-Labs operates Orchard Pop: Fruit Merge (package com.orchardpop.game). The game is a single-player fruit drop and merge puzzle. You do not need an account.
1. Data stored on your device
- Best scores, discovered fruits, sound and haptics settings, and an in-progress run.
- How many lives remain for the current UTC day. A new day restores five lives. Lives do not refill on a timer.
- Whether Orchard Plus has been purchased on this Google account (via Google Play Billing).
This data stays on the device except where Google Play, advertising, or Firebase services are involved below. We do not sell personal information.
2. Advertising and consent
The free version shows a banner at the top of play, away from the drop control. A full-screen ad may show when you start a run and when a run ends. A session shows at most three full-screen ads, and a later one waits at least two minutes. Closing the app and coming back does not by itself show an ad. You can choose to watch a rewarded video for an extra life or a booster. Where required, a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform is shown before ads load.
Ads are requested from Google AdMob first. If AdMob has no ad to show, Unity Ads may show instead. These partners may receive the Android advertising ID, IP address, coarse location, device and app information, and ad interaction data to fill, measure, and limit ads. Orchard Plus removes these ads.

Orchard Plus is a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads and gives unlimited lives.
3. Firebase
Release builds use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to count basic feature use and to receive crash reports. Those reports are not a public profile of your scores. You can limit ad and diagnostic collection in your device settings. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your card number. Restore purchase uses the same Google account.
5. Children
The game is a casual puzzle. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help you remove what we can.
