Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application AI Photo Prompts Generator (package name: com.novixalabs.museprompt). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.

By installing or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Summary (Plain Language)

AI Photo Prompts Generator is an offline visual AI photo prompt builder and library. You browse categories and preview images, assemble prompts by choosing options, save or copy prompts on your device, and optionally open external AI tools in your browser or other apps.

• The app does not generate images.
• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Saved prompts, folders, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device (SQLite and preferences).
• The free version may show ads (banner, native, and interstitial) from Google AdMob and partners such as InMobi and Unity. You can watch an optional rewarded video to unlock a single Pro prompt style, or buy a one-time MusePrompt Pro purchase to remove all ads and unlock every Pro style.
• Where required by law, we show a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform / UMP) before personalized ads. In supported regions you can reopen ad privacy choices from the Me screen.
• We use Google Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting to improve the app. This is separate from advertising and we do not sell this data.
• The app may schedule a local reminder notification if you have used the app and then stay away for a while. You can disable notifications in Android system settings.

2. What the App Does

The app provides:

• Browsing photo-prompt categories with preview images
• Assembling prompts from visual options and text choices
• Saving, organizing, copying, and reviewing prompts on your device
• Opening external sites or apps (for example Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, or Stable Diffusion) so you can paste a prompt there
• Optional advertising (banner, native, interstitial, and optional rewarded videos to unlock individual Pro styles) and a one-time in-app purchase for Pro
• Anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting (Firebase) to improve stability and features
• Optional local idle reminders via Android notifications

The app is not an image generator and is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, Black Forest Labs, Stability AI, or any third-party AI tool named in the app.

3. Information We Access

A. Information stored on your device (local only)

The app saves data on your phone using local storage, including:

• SQLite database — catalogue seed data, saved prompts, folders, history, and related builder selections
• Shared preferences / settings — theme, language, onboarding state, haptics, default AI target, and similar preferences you choose
• Whether you purchased MusePrompt Pro (premium entitlement flag on device)
• Which individual Pro prompt styles you unlocked by watching a rewarded ad
• Retention timestamps used only to decide whether to schedule an optional idle reminder

This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app. We do not operate a cloud account for your prompts.

B. Network access

The app may use the internet to:

• Load and display advertisements
• Process in-app purchases through Google Play
• Show consent / privacy messaging (UMP) where required
• Send anonymous analytics events and crash reports to Firebase (Google) in release builds
• Open external websites or apps when you choose to launch an AI tool

Core prompt browsing and assembly are designed to work offline using the on-device library. Opening external tools requires network access and is subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.

C. Notifications (optional)

If you have engaged with the app and later stay away, the app may schedule a single local reminder notification (for example after one day) encouraging you to return. Notifications are delivered by Android on your device; we do not receive the text of your prompts through this feature. You can turn off notifications at any time in Android Settings → Apps → AI Photo Prompts Generator → Notifications.

D. Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes. These services are provided by Google and are not used to sell your personal information.

Firebase may collect or receive:

• App version, device model, and Android OS version
• Screen views, session duration, and general usage events (for example: Pro unlocked, category opened)
• Crash logs, error messages, and stack traces when the app fails
• An app instance identifier (we do not receive your name, email, or contacts from Firebase for this purpose)

We use this information only to measure performance, understand which features are used, and fix bugs. Firebase may process data on servers operated by Google. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy. Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled in debug developer builds.

4. Advertising & Advertising ID

If you have not purchased MusePrompt Pro, the app may display advertisements through Google AdMob and AdMob Mediation partners. Mediation may include certified networks such as InMobi, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, and Liftoff (Vungle), depending on availability in your region.

Ad formats may include banner ads, native ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded videos (to unlock individual Pro styles).

These services may collect, receive, or share with their partners:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / GAID) and other device identifiers permitted by Google Play
• IP address, device type, OS version, language, and ad interaction data (views, clicks, impressions)
• Approximate location derived from IP address for ad targeting and measurement
• Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery

This data is used to deliver, measure, personalize (where allowed), and limit ads, and to prevent fraud. We do not receive your name, email, or contacts from ad networks for advertising purposes.

Location: We do not access your device's GPS or precise location. Ad partners may still infer approximate location from your IP address.

The app may also use Unity Ads as a client-side fallback when mediation returns no ad for certain full-screen placements.

Where required by law or Google policy (for example EEA/UK), the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can manage consent for personalized ads and related vendors. When UMP requires it, an Ad privacy choices entry appears in the Me screen.

You can also limit ad personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads, watch an optional rewarded ad to unlock one style at a time, or purchase MusePrompt Pro to stop all ads and unlock every Pro style.

5. In-App Purchases (MusePrompt Pro)

We offer a one-time in-app product (MusePrompt Pro, product ID museprompt_pro) processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment; we do not store your credit card or bank details. Pro removes ads and unlocks all Pro prompt styles. Rewarded-ad unlocks of individual styles are stored only on your device and are not a Play purchase.

Google may share with us:

• Purchase confirmation and product ID (to unlock ad-free mode on your device)
• Anonymous transaction tokens required to restore purchases

Purchase history is managed by Google Play. The app automatically checks for an existing Pro purchase on launch. You can also tap Restore purchases inside the Go Pro sheet if you reinstall on the same Google account.

6. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or require:

• Name, email, or phone number for an account (unless you email us for support voluntarily)
• Precise location (GPS) — we do not request or use device GPS
• Contact list, SMS, call logs, or calendar
• Your photo gallery as a required permission for core features

We do not operate user accounts, social login, or cloud sync for prompts in this app. Approximate location may still be processed by advertising partners from your IP address when ads are shown (see Section 4).

7. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase Analytics — app usage and screen analytics (Firebase Privacy)
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error reporting (Firebase Privacy)
• Google AdMob — advertising (Google Privacy Policy)
• InMobi — AdMob mediation partner (InMobi Privacy Policy)
• Unity Ads — mediation partner and optional client fallback for full-screen ads (Unity Privacy Policy)
• Other AdMob Mediation partners — Meta, AppLovin, Liftoff (each has its own privacy policy)
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
• External AI tools — only when you choose to open them; governed by their own policies

8. External Links & Third-Party Tools

When you choose to open an external AI tool, the app may copy your prompt to the clipboard and launch a website or application you select. Those destinations are outside our control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Do not paste sensitive personal information into prompts you send to third-party services.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local prompts, history, and preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Because there is no account, there is no separate "delete my account" page or online account wipe.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request.
• Ad partners retain data according to their own policies and your device settings.
• Analytics and crash data in Firebase is retained according to Google's default retention periods and is not linked to your identity by us.

To remove all app data from your device: Android Settings → Apps → AI Photo Prompts Generator → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. Clearing data or uninstalling deletes local SQLite and preference data for this app.

11. Security

Most app data is stored on your device. We take reasonable steps to protect the app and any configured backend SDKs, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Purchase MusePrompt Pro to disable advertising
• Use the UMP consent form and, where shown, Ad privacy choices in the Me screen to manage personalization
• Reset or opt out of personalized ads in Android ad settings
• Disable notifications in Android system settings
• Clear app data or uninstall at any time
• Contact us to ask questions about this policy

13. International Users

The app is offered globally. Data processed on your device is controlled by you on your device. Ad and payment partners may process data in various countries according to their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
