MusePrompt: AI Photo Prompts

Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application MusePrompt: AI Photo Prompts (package name: com.novixalabs.museprompt). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.

By installing or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Summary (Plain Language)

MusePrompt is an offline visual AI photo prompt builder and library. You browse categories and preview images, assemble prompts by choosing options, save or copy prompts on your device, and optionally open external AI tools in your browser or other apps.

• The app does not generate images.
• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Saved prompts, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device (SQLite and preferences).
• The free version may show ads (banner and interstitial). You can watch an optional rewarded video to unlock a single Pro prompt style, or buy a one-time MusePrompt Pro purchase to remove all ads and unlock every Pro style.
• Where required, we show a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform / UMP) before personalized ads.

2. What the App Does

The app provides:

• Browsing photo-prompt categories with preview images
• Assembling prompts from visual options and text choices
• Saving, organizing, copying, and reviewing prompts on your device
• Opening external sites or apps (for example Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, or Stable Diffusion) so you can paste a prompt there
• Optional advertising (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded videos to unlock individual Pro styles) and a one-time in-app purchase for Pro

MusePrompt is not an image generator and is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, Black Forest Labs, Stability AI, or any third-party AI tool named in the app.

3. Information We Access

A. Information stored on your device (local only)

The app saves data on your phone using local storage, including:

• SQLite database — catalogue seed data, saved prompts, folders, history, and related builder selections
• Shared preferences / settings — theme, onboarding state, haptics, and similar preferences you choose
• Whether you purchased MusePrompt Pro (premium entitlement flag on device)
• Which individual Pro prompt styles you unlocked by watching a rewarded ad

This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app. We do not operate a cloud account for your prompts.

B. Network access

The app may use the internet to:

• Load and display advertisements
• Process in-app purchases through Google Play
• Show consent / privacy messaging (UMP) where required
• Send anonymous analytics events and crash reports to Firebase (Google) in release builds

Core prompt browsing and assembly are designed to work offline using the on-device library. Opening external tools requires network access and is subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.

C. Advertising ID (AD_ID)

When ads are enabled and you have not purchased Pro / Remove Ads, the app may use the Android Advertising ID (GAID) as permitted by Google Play, together with Google AdMob and related partners, to deliver and measure ads.

4. Advertising, Consent & Advertising ID

If you have not purchased MusePrompt Pro, the app may display advertisements through Google AdMob and, as a no-fill fallback, Unity Ads for full-screen interstitial and rewarded videos. Google, Unity, and authorized partners may process ad data according to their policies and your consent choices.

These services may collect or receive:

• Advertising ID and device identifiers permitted by Google Play
• IP address, device type, OS version, and ad interaction data
• Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS from us)

Where required by law or Google policy (for example EEA/UK), the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can manage consent for personalized ads and related vendors.

You can also limit ad personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads, watch an optional rewarded ad to unlock one style at a time, or purchase MusePrompt Pro to stop all ads and unlock every Pro style.

5. In-App Purchases (MusePrompt Pro)

We offer a one-time in-app product (MusePrompt Pro, product ID museprompt_pro) processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment; we do not store your credit card or bank details. Pro removes ads and unlocks all Pro prompt styles. Rewarded-ad unlocks of individual styles are stored only on your device and are not a Play purchase.

Google may share with us:

• Purchase confirmation and product ID (to unlock ad-free mode on your device)
• Anonymous transaction tokens required to restore purchases

Purchase history is managed by Google Play. Use restore purchases in the app if you reinstall on the same Google account.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

MusePrompt uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand anonymous usage (for example screen views and whether Pro was unlocked) and to diagnose crashes. Collection is used to improve stability and features. We do not sell this data. Crashlytics and Analytics collection are disabled in debug developer builds.

Google Play and AdMob may also provide aggregated technical, purchase, and advertising reports as part of their platform services.

7. External Links & Third-Party Tools

When you choose to open an external AI tool, the app may copy your prompt to the clipboard and launch a website or application you select. Those destinations are outside our control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Do not paste sensitive personal information into prompts you send to third-party services.

8. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or require:

• Name, email, or phone number for an account (unless you email us for support voluntarily)
• Precise location (GPS)
• Contact list, SMS, call logs, or calendar
• Your photo gallery as a required permission for core features

We do not operate user accounts, social login, or cloud sync for prompts in this app.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local prompts, history, and preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Because there is no account, there is no separate "delete my account" page or online account wipe.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request.
• Ad and billing providers retain data according to their own policies and your device settings.

To remove all app data from your device: Android Settings → Apps → MusePrompt → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. Clearing data or uninstalling deletes local SQLite and preference data for this app.

11. Security

Most app data is stored on your device. We take reasonable steps to protect the app and any configured backend SDKs, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Purchase Pro / Remove Ads to disable advertising
• Use the UMP consent form (where shown) and Android ad settings to manage personalization
• Clear app data or uninstall at any time
• Contact us to ask questions about this policy

13. International Users

The app is offered globally. Data processed on your device is controlled by you on your device. Ad and payment providers may process data in various countries according to their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
