Drowsy: Yawn Game & Sleep
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Drowsy (package: com.novixalabs.drowsy), published by Novixa-Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Drowsy is a relaxation and entertainment app that includes a camera-based "Try Not To Yawn" challenge, yawn video reels, ambient sleep sounds, a wind-down routine with sleep timer, and a local sleep diary. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to use this app. If you are under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If you record reels or share challenge invites, you are responsible for the content you create and share. Do not create or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, or offensive content. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us no license to your local recordings unless you choose to share them.
The yawn challenge uses your device camera in real time. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where distraction could cause harm. You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone visible in content you record or share.
The app, its design, branding, bundled sounds, software, and curated reel content are owned by Novixa-Labs or its licensors. Remote catalog media may be subject to separate licenses as indicated in the app or content manifest.
Version 1.0.0 is offered without in-app advertising and without required purchases — all sounds, reels, game levels, and diary features are available free. If we introduce ads, in-app purchases, or premium features in a future update, we will update these Terms and Play Store disclosures before or at the time those features are enabled.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL IMPROVE SLEEP OR PREVENT DROWSINESS IN ANY SPECIFIC SITUATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVIXA-LABS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
